Necked and Tapered Latex Ink Sacs

Many pens require a NECKED SAC to enable maximum ink take up when the filling mechanism is the PRESS BUTTON method.

There are a few lever fill pens that require a NECKED sac, but the majority are button fill.

These sac's are made in the traditional way, by dipping the former into liquid latex.

SHELLAC should be used to fit the sac to the peg.

Once set dust the sac with FRENCH CHALK and refit the section into the barrel.

If the section is a little loose, a dab of Shellac can be used to ensure a secure fit.
